He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Sr. Mattos and Edna Mattos. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his daughters, Deanna and Whitney; his sister Zita Belasky; and his half-brother Benjamin Jr.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
