He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ovino Passero of Donaldsonville and Rosario Cyrus Passero of New York; and his siblings, Aurelia Gaffney (late Clyde), Louise Bulot (late Erick), Josephine Junda (late Felix), Rosario Passero (late Jean), James Martin (late Gina) and John Martin (late Jeannie).
He is survived by: his brother Walter Passero (late Evelyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
