Lois Simon Jacob Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Simon Jacob of Reserve, Louisiana, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Simon and Lena Simon; her former husband Jean D. Jacob; her son Rickie George Jacob; and her siblings, Velma Williams, Elise Simon, Henry Simon, Andrew Simon, Arthemise Rebler (Mimmy), Antoine Simon, Willie Simon, Therese'Brennan and Rene'Simon.
She is survived by: her children, Janel Jacob Masson, Bruce Joseph Jacob and Barry Wayne Jacob. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Millet-Guidry Funeral Home (2806 W Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the St. Peter Cemetery (1550 LA-44, Reserve, LA 70084).
