He is survived by: his wife Carla Simon Berthelot; his children, Cary Berthelot and Roblyn Milligan (Alan); and his godchildren, Anna Berthelot Keating, Stacy Simon Herbert and Blake Krueger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
