She is survived by: her son Scott Adcock (Tosha); her grandchildren, Gabriel (Kelly Collins), Chance Collins and Kayla Collins; her great grandchild Adelynn Mae Hulsey; her brother Michael Barnett (Teresa); her nephew Douglas Barnett; her nieces, Rachel, Katherine, Faith and Hope; and her great-niece Hannah. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
