He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Pietsch and N. E. Pietsch; his brothers, Henry Carey Pietsch, Jr. and Herman Pietsch; and his grandson Drew Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Pietsch of Ringgold, LA; his daughters, Cheryl Culpepper (Clay) of Heflin, LA and Kristin Shirley (Michael) of Ringgold, LA; his stepchildren, Laura Dean McWilliams (Gary) of Doyline, LA and Dwayne Wright (Jodie) of Enoree, SC; his grandchildren, Levi Nailes of Bossier City, LA, Cole Shirley of Ringgold, LA, Carter Shirley of Ringgold, LA, Lindsey Chamber (Jay) of Little Rock, AR, Amber Foy (Louie), Adam Culpepper, Sydney and Sara Culpepper; and his sister Laura Wilson of Ringgold, LA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
