It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Evans of Ringgold, Louisiana, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Evans and Voylet Evans; and his wife Angela Evans. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Lee (Jason) of Ringgold, LA, Shelly Gerlach (Rob) of Dade City, FL and Jeremy Evans (Erin) of Cleburne, TX; his grandchildren, Bruce, Tucker, Larkyn, Anna Marie (Matthew), Alexis, Evan, Ryan, Jett, Ava Lynn, Heidi (Scotty), Hannah (Eric), Dalton (Morgan), Abygale and Maddie; and his great grandchildren, Briar Kate, Archie, Lucy, Adaline, Ansley, Sammy, Remi and Parker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery (1957 Pleasant Rd, Ringgold, LA 71068).
