It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kermit Bordelon of River Ridge, Louisiana, born in Marksville, Louisiana, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kirby P. Bordelon; his wife Judy Bordelon; his siblings, Leroy Bordelon and Jeanie Montalbano; and his granddaughter Lindsi Bordelon.

He is survived by: his children, Karen Miller (Stephen), Kathy Bordelon and Michael Bordelon (Nancy); his grandchildren, Stefan Doucet, Annie Daley, Amy Poston (Chris), Wyatt Miller, Michael Bordelon, Jr., Melanie Bordelon and Marissa Bordelon; his great grandchildren, Ella, Hadley, Emmy, Jordan, Lydia, Tyler, Jonathan and Mada'Lyn; his siblings, Barbara Bordelon, Gerald Bordelon and Shirley Holshouser; and his nieces and nephews, Debra, Gary, Diane, Jerry, Donna of Terri, AJ and Michele.
