She is survived by: her daughters, Jannie M. Brown and Denise F. Matherne (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Melinda Parrott, Vicki Johnson, Elizabeth Boyd, Jared Matherne, Evan Matherne, Melanie Luccia and Jeffrey Luccia; her great grandchildren, N'Kosi Boyd, Akasha Boyd, Makayla Zelaya, Jorge Hernandez Jr., Angelica Hernandez, Jasmine Boyd, Sylvia Johnson and John Johnson; and her great great grandchildren, Ezra Spencer and Neo Spencer. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
