He was predeceased by: his parents, Germain Joseph Lemoine and Bertha Bordelon Lemoine. He is survived by: his wife Frances Waitz Lemoine; his daughters, Dawn Lemoine (Jackie), Leah Conlin (late Mike), Terri Lemoine and Lori Budo (Michael); his sister Dorothy Bader-Smith; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Sarah, Jeremy, Erin, Daniel, Andrew and Avery; and his great grandchildren, Fabian, Norah, Camille, Felix, Eleanor and Charles. He is also survived by his family and friends.
