Wallace James Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Wallace James of Rosepine, Louisiana is shared. Wallace, born on August 31, 1940, passed away on October 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ersel James (Black Snake) and Jewel White James; his siblings, Frankie Nichols and Fred James; and his son-in-law John Windham.

He is survived by: his wife Judy LeTendre James; his children, Dwayne James (Terri), Randy James (Kelly), Greg James (Kelly), Paula Windham and Debbie Townsley (Cliff); and his siblings, Billy Ray James, Devon James, Gary James, Sonny James, Charlotte James and Patricia Reynolds. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Myers Colonial Funeral Home (3178 US-190, DeRidder, LA 70634). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Rosepine Cemetery.
