He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Ragusa (Aaron) and Breezie Ragusa Sr.; his siblings, John Thomas (Tom) and Margaret Landry; and his son William Ragusa (Billy).

He is survived by: his grandchild Shelley Suzanne; his wife Carol (Haack); his brother Doug Ragusa (Carol); his children, Jay Edward and Shelley Suzanne; his grandchildren, Brooke Ragusa Ydarraga (Josh), Lucas Blaze Ragusa (Luke), Jody Haack, Jared and Gavin; and his stepsons, Chris Haack, Aaron (Kaitlyn) and Alayna.
