It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carnevia Jo Hines of Ruby, Louisiana, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Miller and Rosalie Miller. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hines of Ruby; and her children, Rick Miller (Ann) of Ruby, Kenneth Hines, Jr. of Ruby and Kathy Kort (Brian) of Ruby. She is also survived by three siblings; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
