He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tubbs and Dollie Britt Tubbs; his sisters, Billie Jean Jenkins, Claire Caver and Sandra Tubbs; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Rosie Hayden.
He is survived by: his wife Jaquatta; his daughters, Pam Terrebonne (Mark), Julie Popkin (Brian) and Paula Garrett (Jay); his grandchildren, Matthew Terrebonne (Carolina), Laura Harlow (Keller), Anna Fragen (Connor), Curt Popkin, Kate Sipos (Robbie), Patrick Garrett, Libby Garrett and Anslee-Kate Alexander; his great grandchildren, Hayden Elliott Harlow and James Curtis Fragen; and his sister Patsy Tubbs Franklin.
Memorials may be made in his memory to Temple Baptist Church Building Fund or to a charity of your choice.
