He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard James Dotter and Chardelle Hamilton Dotter; and his brother John Thomas "Tom" Dotter. He is survived by: his pets, Pongo and Mandy; his son Joshua Dotter (Victoria); and his siblings, David Dotter (Judy), Carole Weaks and Dick Dotter (Nikki).
