She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemay Joseph and Edna Cole Gaspard; and her significant other Paul R. Foreman. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Lacaze (Bubba), Vicki Staples (Leon), Johnny Thiels and Joey Foreman; her grandchildren, Keith Melancon (Simone), Greg Melancon, Michael Lacaze (Holly), Mindy Bassham (Charlie), Tommy Thiels (Avery) and David Thiels (Tanya); and her caregiver Michelle Galbreath.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
