We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to James Michael Stewart of Ruston, Louisiana, born in Oak Grove, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though James Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart and Irene Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Turner Stewart; his daughter Jerrilyn Frasier Vaughan; his granddaughters, Turner and Kinman Frasier; and his sisters, Pam Stewart and Diane Stewart.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home (2300 W California Ave, Ruston, LA 71270). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Owens Memorial Chapel (2300 W California Ave, Ruston, LA 71270).
