He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Duggan and Sarah Sanderson Duggan; his father-in-law Maurice McGaha Seamans; his brother David Hedgepeth; and his brother-in-law Mike Seamans.
He is survived by: his wife Marion S. Duggan; his children, Mischa Ambrose (Todd), Nicole Hollowell (Pete) and Scott Duggan (Tonya); his grandchildren, Dustin Ambrose (Haylee), Taylor Ambrose, Madeline Kitchens and Kelsey Duggan; his great grandchildren, Piper Ambrose, JP Ambrose and Ezra Ambrose; his sister Sarah Duggan Brouillette (Tony); and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Britt (Monty), Janice Seamans and Billy R. Seamans (Drew). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cook Baptist Church (2000 Cooktown Rd, Ruston, LA 71270). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Cook Baptist Church Building fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
