He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tims Frasier; his children, Leslie Frasier, Amy Frasier Kennimer (Kane) and Justin Dempsey Frasier; his grandchildren, William Dempsey Regan and Evelyn Marie Frasier; and his siblings, Penny Colvin, Kane Frasier (Georgia), Terri Frasier and Jane Frasier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home (2300 W California Ave, Ruston, LA 71270). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
