She is survived by: her children, Johnna Sharp Stevens and Kip Carter; her siblings, Faye Thurman and Lamar Thurman; and her grandsons, Daniel Reap, Chance Sharp and Bryson Carter. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
