She was predeceased by: her parents, Walt Smith and Isabelle Smith of Sikes; her husband Lehman Fisher of Monroe; her siblings, Stacy (Lois Smith), Delmer (Annie Smith), Curtis (Louise Smith), Maxel (Ruby Smith), Jack (Virginia Smith) and Dr. Lisso (Nadine Simmons); the father of her children Tom Kelly; her son-in-law Jerry Dingler; and her grandson Phillip Palmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gwen Kelly Dingler of Ruston, Gaynell Kelly of Lake Wacamaw and Cammie Kelly Pyles [Johnny] of Crystal Springs, Mississippi.; and her grandchildren, Kelly Dingler Arabie [Tre], Julie Dingler Ramsey [Jered], Jonathan Dingler [Cally], Jessica Bowden, Whitney Kelly, Holly Pyles Bridges [Jay] and Danny Pyles [Jessica].
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home (209 N Bonner St, Ruston, LA 71270). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
