She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Bain Johnson (Gerald M. Johnson, Jr.) of Shreveport; her grandchildren, Jared Foster Johnson (Claire) of Dallas and Mallory Johnson LaGrange (Christopher) of Lafayette; her great grandchild Thomas Foster Johnson; and her caregivers, Ruby Alexander, Dominique White and Breanna White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
