She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Belton and Idena Belton of Ruston, LA; her brother Scot Belton; her siblings-in-law, Ira Lewis, Ometa Gathwright, Janice Woods, Carolyn Douglas and Pam Brown; and her nephew Kristian McQueen.
She is survived by: her children, Brandon Lewis (Lacey) of Haughton, LA, Shannon Guy (Rod) of Monroe, LA and Amanda Cathey (Taylor) of Benbrook, TX.; her grandchildren, Will Guy, Susannah Guy, Daisy Guy, Karen Lewis, Gabriel Lewis, Jacob Cathey and Lucas Cathey; her siblings, David Belton (Jean), Ellen Watson (Donnie), Ruth Glazer (Jimmy), Lila Robinson (Bob) and Eva Waller; her sisters-in-law, Iris Belton and Donna Miller (Tim); and her grandson Ryan Lewis. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home (2300 W California Ave, Ruston, LA 71270). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cook Baptist Church (2000 Cooktown Rd, Ruston, LA 71270).
