He is survived by: his wife Pamela O'Neal; his son Thomas Wayne Loe, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Loe; his grandchild Thomas Alexander Loe III; his pet Bailey; and his sister Peggy McCoy. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and countless friends.
