It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wade C. Hampton Jr. (Ruston, Louisiana), who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade C Hampton, Sr. and Beatrice Wells Hampton; and his siblings, Troy D. Hampton, Iris Mayberry and Barbara Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hampton; his children, Robert Wade Hampton, Steven Hampton (Summer), Kristi McMahan (Rob) and Jordan Fenn (Josh); and his grandchildren, Cole Ryan, Hayden Ryan, Mason Ryan, Dusty Aaron, Maddox Hampton, Willow Fenn, Kennedy Fenn, Haigen Fenn and Emily Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
