We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025, at the age of 98, Wanda Beard McCormack of Ruston, Louisiana, born in Jackson, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Beard and Pauline Scott Beard; her husband Don C. McCormack; her grandson Brandon McCormack; and her sister Patsy Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Rick McCormack (Deb), Karen Helm (Bruce), Paul McCormack (Kim) and Gwen Lindsey; her grandchildren, Stephanie Franklin, Ryan McCormack, Blake Helm (Susan), Amber Losee (Sloan), Molly Lebrun (Clint), Tyler Lindsey (Mallory) and Hannah Lindsey; and her children, Kristen Nettles, Sam McCormack, Porter Lebrun, Finley Lebrun, Harper McCormack, Campbell McCormack, Scarlett Lindsey and Evelyn Lindsey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cook Cemetery (1997 Cooktown Rd, Ruston, LA 71270). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
