He was predeceased by: his wife Mona Renee Parker; his son Charles "Chip" Parker; his brother James "Jimmy" Parker; and his parents, Milbern "MJ" Parker and Ruby H Parker.
He is survived by: his son Mitchell "Mitch" J Parker; his sister Belinda P Lambert; his grandchildren, Alison L Parker, Nathan J Parker, Ethan J Parker and Evan M Parker (Connie Barras); and his pet Sam.
