He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Templet Babin; his son Mark Joseph Babin; his granddaughter Christian Noelle Dean; his parents, Bertrand Babin and Laura Tucker Babin; and his brothers, Walter, Louis and Ashton Babin.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Dean (Roy), Donna Gautreau (Layne) and Mann Babin (Yolanda); his grandchildren, Jake, Alex, Luke, Carly, Traci and Lacy; his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Liam, Trey, Jonah, Reese, Ganon, Corinne, Brody, Brock, Briggs and Bryar; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Fontenot and Mark De Laune. He is also survived by family and his many dancing partners and friends.
