She is survived by: her husband John Wilson Ballard Sr.; her children, Tara Brown (Ory), Jarrett Ballard and John Ballard Jr. (Tandi); and her grandchildren, Braxton, Bayleigh, Kalli, Trevor, Hunter, Brian, Kyrsty, Hayes, Brayden and Kyle.
