She is survived by: her children, CJ Sullivan, Jesse Sullivan (Mackenzie) and Ashlee Sullivan; her father David Saultz (Leona); her brother Brian Saultz (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Cohen, Lillian Sullivan, James and Wyatt Sullivan; her godson Payton Saultz; her niece Andi Saultz; her goddaughter Micah Clouatre; and her friends, Sam Mathison, Wendy Broussard, Spanky and Erika Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faithful United Methodist Church (14253 LA-431, St Amant, LA 70774). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
