He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Wortmann Sr. and Leah Glaser Wortmann. He is survived by: his wife Dollie Bridges Wortmann; his children, Heather Maheu (Mike), Wayne Joseph Wortmann Jr. (Jeana), Greta Ciervo (Tony), Kira Wortmann and Matthew Wortmann; his grandchildren, Dr. Wayne Joseph "Trey" Wortmann III, Kassidy Wortmann, Anthony Ciervo, Owen Charton, Kayden Wortmann, Nova Charton and Greyson Wortmann; and his siblings, Arthur Charles "Mickey" Wortmann Jr. and Joyce Broussard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
