He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Choina Reichert; his parents, Charles J. Reichert, Jr. and Therese "Sue" Reichert; and his sister Janet "Jani" Reichert. He is survived by: his significant other Lanelle Arceneaux; his children, Dennis, Dustin Michael Reichert (Kelley), Darren Paul Reichert (Allie), Aimee Arceneaux Bennett (Clay), Bridget Arceneaux Logan (Robert) and Lonnie Arceneaux (Alyssa); his brothers, Allan Charles Reichert (Kathy) and Kenneth Michael Reichert (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Cole Michael Reichert, Reese Mae Reichert, Rhett Alan Reichert, Carter Cate Reichert, Caroline Kirkpatrick, Claire Kirkpatrick, Ava Torres, Sadie Torres, Liam Logan, Azalea Arceneaux and Amelia Arceneaux.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association in his memory.
