She was predeceased by : her parents, Marco Assavedo Jr. and Esther Gladys Couture Assavedo. She is survived by : her child KayCee Schielder; her grandchild McKenzie Poche; her siblings, Murphy Assavedo (Barbara), Julie Landry (Decker), Lydia Crank (Kenneth), Karen Assavedo, Gladys LaBorde (Johnny), Ethel Jeansonne (late Chris), Nathan Assavedo and Marian Russell (Bentley); and her former life partner Michael Schielder. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews and great friends.
