He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Luquet Oalmann and Joseph William Oalmann, Sr.; and his siblings, Louis Oalmann, Earl Oalmann, Sr., Mae Oalmann Schultz, Agnes Oalmann Schule, Joseph Oalmann, Harold Oalmann and Raymond Oalmann.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Williams Oalmann; his daughters, Patricia Oalmann Espiritu and Laurie Oalmann Menesses (Louis, Jr.); his brother Gerald Oalmann; his grandchildren, Esteban Robert Espiritu (Ariel), Emily Espiritu Melerine (Chris), Macie Menesses Sullivan (Andrew) and Evan Robert Menesses (Karlie); and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Espiritu, Hayden Espiritu, Hanna Espiritu, Noah Espiritu and Kobi Shay Melerine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
