She was predeceased by: her father Val Peralta; and her brother John Peralta. She is survived by: her mother Marie Peralta; her husband Kenny Cheramie; her children, Devin, Tyler (Laynie), Cole (Olivia), Britten and Melisse (Charles); her grandchildren, Vayda, Holland, Braxton, Jaxon and Baylor; her brother Lorne Peralta (Juanita); her sister-in-law Jody (John); and her father-in-law Kenny Cheramie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
