It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie C. Stogner Sr. of Saint Bernard, Louisiana, who passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Willie departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Willie. Though Willie may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Stogner and Eva Owens; and his siblings, Viola Stogner, Leonard, Clenard, Daniel and Charles Stogner.
He is survived by: his brothers, Wallace Craig Stogner and Rubin Stogner; and his sister-in-law Joyce Stogner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
