It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Winters of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas Winters; her parents, Bobby Ware and Miriam Ware; and her brother Eugene Ware. She is survived by : her daughter Tammanice Beard (Timothy, Sr.); her grandchildren, Stephanie Kent, Christine Beard, Mary Drew, Timothy Beard, Jr., Timothy Dwayne Beard and Noah Beard; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Beard and Malcolm Smith, Jr.; and her sisters, Violet Wall and Lily McGrath (Jake Martin).
