He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathaniel R. Jackson and Josephine Jackson. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jackson; his siblings, Earnest Jackson and Marie Jackson; his children, Tammy Williams, Jacqueline Williams (Yolanda), Joyce Williams and Troy Williams; his granddaughters, Nicquelle Williams, Tiffani Johnson-Hawkins (Tamika), Kayla Heard, Taylor Williams and Nyla Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Lee, Wesley Jackson, Charlie Jackson, Gladys Ely, Johnnie Mae Brown, Louise Jackson and Joann Jackson. He is also survived by son; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francisville Funeral Home (5914 Commerce St, St Francisville, LA 70775). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
