He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clay Bougeus; his daughter Melinda Bougeus; his grandchildren, Donna Brabham, Brandon Duke and Candace Guitreau; his great grandchildren, Austin Brock, Alexis Brock, Alyssa Gaitain, Brandon Duke, Brileigh Duke and Eathan Lory; and his great great grandchild Lucas Brock.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. (4230 High St, Zachary, LA 70791).
