He is survived by: his children, Julie Horn (Robby Horn) of St. Francisville and Yancey Patrick (Monica) of St. Francisville; his siblings, Peggy Ainsworth of Lafayette, LA, Alice Hayes (Bobby "Bud") of Vick, LA and Gary Patrick (Sherry) of Jonesville, LA; his grandchildren, Madeline Patrick, Emma Sagely, Makenzie Patrick, James Patrick Horn, Jack Horn, Julian Horn, Chase Horn and Shea Corona; and his great grandchildren, Stella Sagely, Payton Sagely, Naceigh Sagely, Ryder Horn and Sloane Horn.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (12404 LA-10, St Francisville, LA 70775). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
