He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertha Bright Temple and Joseph Keller; his sister-in-law Minister Gladys Jasmin of New Orleans, Louisiana; his wife Ethel Mae Keller; his stepfather Morris Temple; his parents-in-law, Daniel and Viola Harris, Sr.; his brothers, William Bright, Willie Temple, Sr. and Eugene Keller, Sr.; James Jasmin.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Keller (Anthony) of St. James, LA, Laron (Angell) and Joseph Keller of Donaldsonville, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Monique Keller, Maya Keller, Anthony Keller (Everia) and Byron Keller; his great grandchildren, Aiyonna, Arianne and Autumn Keller; his stepgrandson Jailin Villavaso; his great grandchild Kyle Keller; his siblings, Mary Bell (Larry) of Houston, Ruby Harris (Arthur) of New Orleans, Louisiana, Jim Bright (Dedra) of New Orleans and Ulysses Temple (Audrey) of St. James, Louisiana; his nephews, Eugene Keller, Jr. and Michael Keller; and his niece Linda Keller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
