She is survived by : her husband Donnie Jay Temple; her children, Briana Temple (Cody) and Tyler Temple (Gracie); her grandchildren, Elijah Temple, Khloe Wall and Mother Terri Carroll (Ricky); her sister April Chapman (Matt); her niece Allie Chapman; her nephew Luke Chapman; and her pet Bella Sue.
