He is survived by: his sons, John Hale (Suzanne Wilson) and Jody Hale (Melissa); his grandchildren, Phillip Winfield Jones, Morgan Hunter, Beau Riley Jones (Dru), Brandi Jones Griggs (Randell), Katelyn Greer (Cody), John Hale III (Jessie), Cody Hale (Lexi Stansbury), Casey Hale, Michael Hunter and Makayla Herrington (Curt); and his great grandchildren, Brayden Griggs, Lincoln Griggs, Zoe Griggs, Renleigh Greer, Atleigh Greer, Braysen Greer, Adler Greer, Bentley Jones, Sawyer Jones, Eli Jones, Easton Jones, Beau Jones, Alex Johnston and Townes Hale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (724 Broadway St, Delhi, LA 71232). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
