He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresita Neal and Leo Winston, Sr.; his wife Luella B. M. Winston; and his sons, Thomas Leo Winston, Charles Winston and Wilson Winston, Jr.. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
