He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hughes Weemes; his daughter Crystal Nicole Olalde (Juan) of DeQueen, AR; his grandchildren, MaKensie Grace Rupert, Liam Morgan Rupert and Karmyn Ann Olalde; his sister-in-law Tammy Hughes Turgeon; his nephew Gavin Turgeon; his niece Macy Stanford (Nicholas); his great-nephew Maverick Stanford; and his great-nieces, Kamryn Stanford and Adleigh Stanford.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Emma Cemetery (889 Emma Cemetery Rd, Cotton Valley, LA 71071).
