With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie Lorraine Smith of Sarepta, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2025 at the age of 76. Though Vickie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vickie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Betty Maxine Slack Smith; and her siblings, Ronald Edward Rowland and Rebecca Susan Smith. She is survived by: her brother Donnie Lee Rowland of Naples, TX; and her nieces and nephews, James Rowland of Shongaloo, LA, Shane Rowland of Taylor, AR, Donna Renee'Rowland of Sarepta, LA and Pam Hamilton (John) of Sarepta, LA..
