We announce the death of Charles Milburn Guffey (Schriever, Louisiana), who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 91. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie H. Guffey and Anna Louise Guffey; his siblings, Howard Guffey, Larry Guffey, Gary'Butch'Guffey, Carl Guffey and Ellen Miller; his stepdaughter Tammy Tomlinson; and his stepgranddaughter Tiffany Burkhalter.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Guffey; his children, Pam Haines, Ira Lee Guffey and Rosey Moser; his stepchildren, Todd Ohda, Connie Martin and Clay Ohda; his siblings, Eugene Guffey, Barbara Wolfe, Fran Whistler and Millie Bingham; and his former spouse Charlcie Brown. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
