She is survived by: her sons, Shawn D. Darbonne (Sherry) of Sunset and Mark W. Darbonne (Joan) of Lafayette; and her siblings, Edward Lanclos, Patrick Gerard, Lynward Gerard and Savannah Thomas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
