He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy Foreman Jr. and Deanna Lois Cormier; and his sons, Keifer Foreman and Kyle Foreman. He is survived by: his brothers, Terry J. Foreman (Jennifer) and Timothy L. Foreman; his niece Brandi Foreman; his nephew Cody Foreman; his great-niece Brilee Foreman; and his great-nephew Colton Foreman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
