He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexis Clark (Blacko) and Gladys Leblanc; his wife Shirly B. Clark; and his granddaughter Lacey Lynn Clark. He is survived by : his children, Terry (Debbie Clark), Kerwin (Boo Boo), Toni Clark, Donna (Lynn Trahan) and Traci (Pat Boudreaux); his grandchildren, Kerry Clark (Brandy), Jamie Clark (Jamie), Samara Clark, Kimberly Trahan and Lauren Howell (Christofer); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Jaydon, Holdon Clark, Jonathan Ludwig, Madison Lasseigne, Jace Oldham, Piper, Emersyn Howell, Alex and Abbygayle Clark.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Scott (705 Marie St, Scott, LA 70583). A rosary was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Delhomme Chapel of Scott (705 Marie St, Scott, LA 70583).
